Show and Tell #24 - Joe Burke
Joe Burke is a guitarist, singer songwriter, performer and composer. Influenced by the greats, past and present, his style meanders between Dylan-esque storytelling with finger-picked acoustic folk guitar work to slide and blues guitar and tap style. He will perform at our Live Lunch event on Saturday 20 January.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
I think the idea of happiness, is in the not striving to find to it! I don’t know about perfect!
What lies at the heart of your own desire to do your creative work?
The ability to share and connect with others beyond I think is the core essence the human state and at its heart is the realisation I can only describe as true love!
What are the first things you do in developing an idea in response to a subject?
Evaluate contemplate and allow to ether flow over or flow with!
What’s your favourite film and why?
I’m not sure! I may not have seen it yet!
