Hoodwink Theatre Company
Hoodwink Theatre Company is Salisbury Arts Centre’s Theatre Company in Residence. Based in the tower of the building, the company are an important part of life at the arts centre.
Hoodwink was started in 1997 to create new visual theatre and cross-art form performance events that are innovative and accessible. After a long and fruitful series of collaborations, projects and performances the company moved into the arts centre after the reopening in 2005.
Hoodwink combine indoor and outdoor touring in the UK and abroad with site specific and participatory performance projects. The company has built a reputation for its unique combination of striking visual images, comedy, and specially commissioned music and sound.
In 2009 Salisbury Arts Centre worked with Hoodwink to commission their new performance Leap of Faith. As part of this Hoodwink Theat rehave been heavily involved with the Arts Centre's Children & The Arts Project.

The Hood
A new opportunity for young people age 14 - 18. The Hood is a chance to work directly with the company to perform, direct, make props and get some technical experience, while working towards longer term projects, Arts Awards and professional performances.
Where The Wild Things Are
A family workshop as part of Salisbury Arts Centre's Family Festival.
