Planning group visits
Salisbury Arts Centre welcomes group visits throughout the year. We can cater for all ages and abilities from pre-school though to Higher Education.
Free Visits
Tours of the building and exhibition space are free of charge. A member of our friendly team will greet you on arrival and can also arrange for accompanying talks. Meet with artists, performers or specific staff members for extra insight into careers in the creative industries.
We are open to the public from 10am - 3pm Tuesday to Saturday and we can usually arrange visits outside of these hours too.
Performance Visits
We have a wide range of performances and films to boost learning outside the classroom. Schools are charged the concession rate and are entitled to every 11th ticket free.
Booking your Group Visit
We know schools work very differently to our general audience so we have the lovely Ellie Cootes, Youth and Education Coordinator, on hand to help with your booking from reserving tickets to invoicing and meeting and greeting you when you arrive.
Ellie is also the person to speak to if you'd like to take advantage of a free tour or exhibition visit.
Contact Ellie on 01722 343024.
How to find us
Salisbury Arts Centre is approximately 5 minutes walk from Salisbury Bus Station and 20 minutes from the train station.
When you arrive
Minibuses and coaches usually drop students off on Bedwin Street. You can't miss us from there. We live in the giant church building.
Unless otherwise arranged with Ellie, please report to Box Office as you enter the building. If Ellie isn't available to meet you herself, there will always be a Duty Manager and Box Office team member on hand to help.
If your questions aren't answered here, please contact Ellie on 01722 343020 or email her via this link.
