Where does my money go?
Salisbury Arts Centre is a registered charity (number 1023945) and your gift could provide a cultural experience to someone less fortunate. See How We Are Funded for more information about our charitable income.
We can't know what challenges we will face in the future, so general donations will always go where they are most needed. And if you sign a Gift Aid declaration or tick the box on the website check out page you can increase the value of your gift by 25% at no extra cost! To give you some inspiration, these are just a few examples of the sort of projects you could be supporting:
Salisbury Arts Centre's music and media arts club for people with learning disabilities. The four hour workshop sessions are expensive to run, and the club could not exist without support from donors and grant making trusts. £20 could provide refreshements for all the participants and artists for one day.
Capital Development Programme
Help us purchase new supplies and upgrade our facilities to enable our visitors to have the best possible experience during their visit. The Arts Centre renovation was completed in 2005 but there are various items that are used so often that they need replacing. We also get through large amounts of consumables which are hard to get funding for; £50 could provide art materials for a childrens workshop.
With your help we can offer free opportunities for families and young people to experience the arts. We want to make sure that everyone has equal access to our exciting cultural opportunities but we can only do so with your help. £100 could ensure a few more families experience the Family Fiesta or 10 young people have access to a workshop at the Hijack All Dayer!
