Waiting Lists

Salisbury Arts Centre holds waiting lists for some sold out events.  Details of customers wishing to be placed on the waiting list are kept on the box office secure system.  Waiting Lists give customers priority for tickets which are returned for re-sale before the regular closing time on the day of the performance.  If an event is due to take place during regular opening hours the waiting list is closed two hours before the start of the event.

Once a waiting list is closed any returned tickets will be allocated on the door to waiting customers, and will be sold on a first come first served basis.

Refunds and Resales

Salisbury Arts Centre does not refund or exchange tickets once they have been paid for, unless an event has been cancelled. If an event has sold out Salisbury Arts Centre is happy to accept tickets for re-sale for a charge of £1. Salisbury Arts Centre reserves the right not to re-sell tickets for events.

Deposits paid for reserving workshops are non refundable.

Salisbury Arts Centre is pleased to offer concessionary prices for the following: people under 16, full time students and those receiving state benefits including pensioners and disabled people (free tickets are available for essential companions).

We offer a Wisecard holder discount for most activities. We also offer a group booking rate for groups over 10 people.  Babes in arms can attend free as is appropriate and please be aware that children under 8 years old must be accompanied to all events and films as specified.

Citywide

Citywide is the ticketing partnership between Salisbury Arts Centre, Salisbury Playhouse, and City Hall Salisbury.  The initiative means customers are able to buy tickets from any of the three box offices, regardless of which venue is hosting the event.  This has the advantage of meaning if the box office is closed when you are trying to buy your tickets customers are able to call the other venues to purchase their tickets immediately.

Salisbury Citywide Ticketing, which is supported by Arts Council, England is one of the first in the UK to see independent venues collaborating so closely towards mutual aims.
