Salisbury Food & Drink Festival 2017
On Sunday 10 September Salisbury Market Place and Guildhall Square will fill with over 60 stalls offering the best of local and regional produce. Join us from 10am - 5pm for a jam-packed day of chef demonstrations, workshops, fun for families, local bands, street theatre and a beer tent stocked with local beers, ales and ciders.
Run by Salisbury Arts Centre this year, Salisbury Food & Drink Festival Market Day has something for everyone. Whether you’re after culinary tips, looking to sample local produce, or if you just want a decent pint of ale and some free entertainment, there's sure to be something to tempt!
Cookery demonstrations will range from Salisbury’s medieval recipes to Mexican street food including a delicious chocolate mole sauce by Michelin Star chef, Peter Vaughan. Tom Doddsy will demonstrate Spanish fish dishes and there will be plenty of banter from festival favourite Jeff the Chef.
