Yes. On most live events we offer concessionary rates to:

How do I collect my tickets if I booked them over the phone or online?
You may collect from the box office 45 minutes prior to the performance, quoting your surname and address. Please note that tickets won't be available for collection before this time.

Alternatively tickets may be posted to you for a fee of £0.50 and, where possible, will be sent by second class post on the day of purchase.

I can’t attend an event I have tickets for; can I get a refund?
Salisbury Arts Centre is unable to refund tickets unless an event has sold out or been cancelled.

If an event sells out, we can re-sell your unwanted ticket(s) for a £1 per ticket handling fee.

If an event is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund you the full amount of the ticket.

Does the Arts Centre have disabled access?
The Arts Centre building is fully accessible to disabled and wheelchair users with ramps and a lift to the first floor. Please let us know when booking if you are a wheelchair user or are unable to climb stairs so that we may arrange appropriate seating.
